The Tigers have had lots of fun creating their own Eid cards, star pictures, baking special biscuits, looking at images of Eid celebrations and have also created their own Islamic art using 2-D shapes and made Mehndi patterns outside using chalk.

The Meerkats created Eid cards, Islamic art and mehndi patterns. The children enjoyed learning about Islam and how Eid is celebrated.

The Wolves created wonderful mehndi patterns, as well as mosque silhouette pictures. They also made Eid cards.

The Excellent Eagles looked at the similarities and differences between Eid and Christian celebrations such as Christmas.  We created silhouette images of mosques, created mendhi patterned hands and designed our own prayer mats.
